Refund policy

In case of customer rejects, where the customer refuses to collect the product at delivery, Sinicare will return the products to the Seller and it will be treated as a failed delivery.

 

#In case of customer returns, where the customer accepts the product but later returns, then Sinicare will verify the product’s condition against Sinicare return policy.

# Any damages of delivery goods Sinicare will change the products.
