Operations Head

Online Sales · Reports to MD / CEO · Leads Branding, Sales & Supply Chain

Own and coordinate the entire operation. You'll lead the Branding, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to hit revenue targets and keep the business running smoothly — a senior role for a strong leader.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute strategies to hit monthly & annual sales targets
  • Lead the Sales and Branding teams to grow revenue and market share
  • Supervise marketing campaigns and strengthen brand presence
  • Oversee inventory, procurement, warehousing and order fulfilment
  • Coordinate vendors, logistics partners and internal teams for efficiency
  • Set KPIs, coach the team, and run reviews to lift productivity
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts and operational reports for management

What you'll need

  • 5–8 years in operations (e-commerce / FMCG / skincare / cosmetics)
  • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing or Supply Chain (MBA preferred)
  • Proven experience managing sales, branding & supply chain functions
  • Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication; ERP/CRM proficiency an advantage

Brand Manager

Lead the brand. You'll own branding and marketing strategy — building awareness, driving engagement, and powering sales growth across digital and offline channels. Creative, data-driven, and hands-on.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute brand strategy aligned to business goals
  • Keep positioning, messaging and visual identity consistent everywhere
  • Plan and run integrated campaigns across digital & traditional channels
  • Own social media, content calendars and digital marketing
  • Work with performance marketing to drive traffic & conversions
  • Manage product launches and seasonal campaigns
  • Run market research, track ROI and report on brand KPIs

What you'll need

  • 3–5 years in brand / marketing (cosmetics / FMCG / e-commerce)
  • Bachelor's in Marketing or Business (MBA preferred)
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing, social media & consumer behaviour
  • Experience running integrated, brand-building campaigns
  • Meta Ads, Google Analytics & CRM experience preferred

Turn raw footage into scroll-stopping video. We need an experienced, detail-oriented editor with a proven portfolio to produce polished, on-brand content for social and campaigns.

What you'll do

  • Edit raw footage into polished Reels, TikToks, Shorts, ads & product demos
  • Apply cuts, transitions, colour correction, sound design, captions & effects
  • Create or integrate motion graphics, text animations and VFX
  • Optimise every video for each platform's format and aspect ratio
  • Collaborate with Content Creators and the brand team on concepts
  • Juggle multiple projects, hit deadlines, and keep assets organised

What you'll need

  • A strong portfolio / showreel — mandatory (no sample work, no review)
  • 2–4 years of professional editing (social / digital preferred)
  • Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut or CapCut Pro
  • Sharp sense of pacing, storytelling, sound design & short-form trends
  • Motion graphics, colour grading & beauty/FMCG editing a plus

Be the face and voice of Sini Care. An on-camera, idea-driven role for confident, photogenic personalities who live on Reels and TikTok. Fresh faces welcome — talent and attitude matter more than experience.

What you'll do

  • Present on camera for reels, demos, tutorials and brand campaigns
  • Research trending formats, audio and topics across IG, TikTok, FB & YouTube
  • Pitch fresh content ideas and creative concepts regularly
  • Shoot quality video & photo on a smartphone or basic setup
  • Light editing — trims, captions, music, transitions (CapCut / InShot)
  • Work with the brand team & video editor and join content planning

What you'll need

  • Photogenic, confident and comfortable on camera
  • Strong communication with a natural on-screen presence
  • Highly creative, trend-aware and full of ideas
  • Basic mobile shooting & editing (CapCut / InShot)
  • HSC / Bachelor's (any discipline); 0–1 yrs — freshers welcome
  • Comfortable presenting in Bangla (English a plus)
